Job Description
An internationally renowned law firm with an establish history of service delivery excellence continues to grow their presence in the Asia-Pacific region. Following the development of an ambitious growth strategy last year, they continue into 2023 with the same rigour in establishing both their position and talent in the region.
As a newly created role, this will be the only HR presence the firm has in Kuala Lumpur and will support the Southeast Asia HR team covering both KL and Bangkok. The scope of this position includes:
- Delivery of effective business partnering, performance management, case management, HR advice and D&I stream support
- Development of key stakeholder relationships including partners, managers and employees as the \'go-to\' person for HR matters
- The opportunity to develop and execute HR initiatives across various portfolios both globally and regionally
