Job Responsibility Handle the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relation and OT and attendance calculation Perform payroll administrative input to HR system and calculation of Overtime. This includes foreign worker and outsource workers salary Bring foreign worker for medical visit and/or medical examination Supporting HQ HR in full cycle of all recruitment include foreign worker Source and liaise with contract foreign worker agent to support production Handle all matters relating to foreign workers employment and immigration procedures Perform monthly regular audit at dormitory to ensure cleanliness and liveable condition of the dormitory Liaise with local authorities for compliance or regulatory issues Undertake task/project assigned to achieve Organisational objectives Job Requirements Exposure in manufacturing/production context setting a must Minimum Diploma and HR Generalist background Payroll experience especially OT calculation for large workforce Experience in handling foreign workers including FW quota, dormitory for foreign worker Experience or exposure in dealing with JTK and/or Malaysia regulatory department Understanding of Labour Act, AKTA 1995 and LHDN Familiar with Foreign worker Act Exposure in vibrant and dynamic environment Experience in Info-tech system is a plus This position requires incumbent to work in the environment which include: Fast paced working environment Thrive in collaborative environment Work and thrive under pressure Can speak in Mandarin & English Job Benifits Annual Leave EPF/SOCSO/PCB Medical Leave Training Provided
