  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, approachable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
  • This position requires fluency in Mandarin.
TanggungjawabThis role involves managing foreign labor, recruitment, and administrative tasks to ensure effective HR support in alignment with the company\'s operational standards and strategic goals.
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent.Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and manage staffing requirements across all outlets.
  • Foreign Labor Management:
Oversee the employment of foreign workers, including visa applications, renewals, and compliance with local immigration laws.
  • Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and queries, ensuring a responsive and compliant HR service.Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels to foster a supportive workplace.
  • HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and manage data within HR systems.Prepare and update documents such as employment contracts and employee handbooks.
  • Training and Development:
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Schedule and oversee training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Performance Management:
Support the development of performance management systems and assist in conducting performance reviews.Provide feedback and recommendations to improve staff productivity.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all HR activities comply with legal and ethical standards.Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and implement necessary changes in HR practices.
  • Payroll Assistance:
Assist in processing payroll in coordination with the accounting department, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, workers\' compensation, and leave policies.
  • Exit Management:
Manage the offboarding process for employees leaving the company, ensuring a smooth transition and proper documentation.
  • HR Reporting:
Generate regular reports on HR metrics to help inform management decisions.Analyze trends in HR practices and propose actions based on insights.
  • Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate staff events, meetings, and other HR-related activities to promote employee engagement and company culture.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties:
