Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR administration.

Manage

local and foreign worker matters

- recruitment, permit renewal, Expatriate, insurance, and hostel arrangement.

Ensure compliance with

Malaysia Labour Law, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF

, and Immigration regulations.

Verify attendance, overtime, and allowances for payroll processing.

Handle staff discipline, counselling, and performance management.

Prepare and update employment contracts, HR policies, and employee records.

Coordinate training, onboarding, and confirmation of new employees.

Prepare monthly HR reports and provide HR support to restaurant outlets.

Requirements:



Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum

3-5 years

of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or service industry.

Strong knowledge of

Malaysian Employment Act

and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
