Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree / Professional Degree / Master\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
Good at prioritizing, results driven and able to work well under tight deadlines.
Highly committed and motivated to perform.
Strong understanding with government acts, rules and regulations, processes, and applications.
Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal.
Able to start work immediately will be advantage.
Responsibilities
To lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
To take charge of employee relations, performance & disciplinary issues as well as strategic HR support.
Implement HR policies & procedures, provide advice to line management on HR policies and procedures to ensure Employment Act & other statutory compliance.
HR functions including manpower planning, staffing, compensation & benefit, employee relations, training & development, performance management. * Monthly payroll checking.
Ad-hoc assignment or duties as and when assigned by superior.
