Job Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth management of all aspects of human resources, both operationally & tactically. Assist in payroll administration and ensure the HRMS is maintained promptly and accurately. Oversee office administration activity. Develop strategies in alignment with business objectives. Implement retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. Act as trusted advisor to managers and employees and provide appropriate HR advice and coaching to employees when necessary. Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibility and with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards and other known relevant policies and guidelines. Work closely with local board of management and ASEAN & Regional HR team to drive & execute HR topics. Ad-Hoc Oversee office administration activitiy. Assists sport club for staff engagement activity. Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or relevant studies. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Working experience with MNC is added advantage. Proficient in written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good team player with interpersonal and communication skills. 5 days week job.
