JOB SCOPERole : Senior HR ManagerIf you are a Human Resources professional looking for the next step in your career, Emerson has just the opportunity for you! We are looking for a Senior Manager for Human Resources for our Flow Control Business Unit who will act as advisory role to the management on HR related issues, lead HR functions effectively and efficiently and will be accountable in running and keeping the workplace environment/culture in harmony, in a fair manner.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Work as a Strategic Business Partner with Business leaders of assigned business units in implementing HR initiatives to support business growth.
• Actively involved in strategic planning, operational decisions, leadership development, talent management and retention as well as employees relation and performance management.
• Diagnose HR needs of internal customers and provide advice on the best approach to handling HR related issues.
• Design, review and implement HR policies, programs, practices and implementation as well as provide operational support and direction to line managers.
• Responsible for Employee Engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion as well as Community Outreach activities to improve employee experience and employment value proposition.
• Provides direct mentoring and developing the HR team members for their professional growth.
• Facilitate required trainings as rolled out by Asia Pacific HR Team.

• Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of related working experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years in managerial level, preferably in MNC or a large organization with diversified industries/business activities, covering broad spectrum of HR functions/responsibilities.
• Well-versed with Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other related Acts.
• Possess strong intuition, management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, results-driven and resourceful.
• Able to work well with all levels.
• Familiar with ISO Standard Requirements.
