Big Dutchman Asia is looking to hire a Senior HR Executive based in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang. The successful individual shall take on the role as a HR Business Partner; driving employee engagement by planning and executing strategies and initiatives that foster positive employees\' experiences; and responsible for travel arrangements (transport and hotel).Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask and able to engage with employees at all levels.
• Good attention to details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ticketing software.
• Fresh graduate with a fun and outgoing personality and a strong desire to embark on a HR career will also be considered.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

• As a HR Business Partner, act as a strategic interface between HR and business units in order to proactively support and add value in the delivery of their business objectives.
• Recommend strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Planning and implementation of employee and wellness activities to create a better engaged workforce.
• Conduct engagement surveys to measure employee engagement levels and implementing changes to address survey results.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement to continuously improve our programs and initiatives.
• Reviewing flight options including multi-city flight tickets with cost effective pricing.
• Ensuring country visa requirements and business travel insurance are met before flight date and advising visa preparation timeline.
• Hotel and airport pick-ups arrangements for visiting guests.
