Roles & Responsibilities: Perform the end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and offer management Execute internal headhunting activities and external talent mapping to identify best-fit talents for the organization Develop Employer Branding initiatives to successfully market iPay88 as the Employer of Choice in the external marketplace as well as drive HR social media branding Support Learning & Development activities for the Company to promote development and retention of talents Curate Employee Engagement initiatives to create a positive employee experience in the workplace Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Mass Communications or equivalent 3 - 5 years working experience, ideally gained in Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employer Branding and Employee Engagement Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates via internal headhunting Creative mind with a natural flair for developing HR social media content, ability to propose ideas for Employee Engagement initiatives and manage events Meticulous, multi-tasker, proactive, positive can-do attitude, hungry for success and able to work independently with minimal supervision
