\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with the development and implementation policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them, and problem solve if there are any grievances. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage employee disciplinary matters and taken necessary disciplinary action. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with the process of recruitment, job advertisements, screening applications and arranging interviews. \xe2\x80\xa2 Process monthly payrolls calculation (Inclusive of monthly allowances, claims, overtime reimbursement, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Issue HR related letters such as employment offers, confirmation, resignation, memo & etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure effective day-to-day operation in terms of office maintenance, facilities, safety, and security. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct orientation program for new hire. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, time & attendance data administration, leave management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support and advice employees on HR related matters where needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Focal point to employee and insurance provider in any matter pertaining to employment insurance. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor employee attendance and prepare monthly employee attendance report. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible all administration matters including cleanliness of office, renew licenses/permit and service provider (Maxis, Syabas, TNB, SESCO & LAKU). \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate HR projects if any. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other administrative tasks including office maintenance and office purchases. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform any other jobs that is assigned as and when the needed. Job requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skill: Good knowledge and experience in Malaysia Labour Law Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967 and Sabah Labour Ordinance Cap 67. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have positive attitude and willingness to learn. \xe2\x80\xa2 Matured with good analytical and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess knowledge of Malaysia Statutory requirement e.g EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income tax & HRDF, Zakat etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good interpersonal, comprehension skills and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be good in discipline, time management and self-motivated. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work location will be in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working hours (5 days per week) (8 hours/day). \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Not forgetting our roots, we then opened another outlet in Metrocity Matang, Kuching in 2016, which is to become our \xe2\x80\x98flagship\xe2\x80\x99 restaurant (where else but in our home state of Sarawak, of course). This time though, we added a few more local dishes to our existing Laksa Sarawak menu such as Mee Kolok, Ikan Terubok Masin, Linut, Mee Jawa, Ayam Penyet, and so much more! We also operate the world\xe2\x80\x99s one and only 24 hours, 7 days a week Laksa Sarawak joint! Located in Satok, Kuching, this branch has a huge variety of local Sarawakian foods available to satisfy your cravings for Sarawakian culinary delights any time, any day. In 2020, we consolidated our West Malaysian operations into 3 outlets : SS2 (Petaling Jaya), Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI \xe2\x80\x93 , Kuala Lumpur) and Avenue Bangi (Selangor), which have experienced resounding response from the local community around Klang Valley.
