Diploma or Bachelors\' Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any relevant field.
Will have to work on alternate Saturdays above the normal working hours (8:15am - 5:30pm).
At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, Malaysia and English.
Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment.
In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labour laws, and employment equity.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Be able to work under pressure.
Able to work 6 days a week.
Tanggungjawab
Plan with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish key qualifications needed in candidates.
Sourcing of potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (including screening, interview arrangement, and ensure compliance takes place), manpower planning, documentation processing, and orientation of new employees.
Conduct interview and selection procedures (screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews).
Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
Design job descriptions and interview questions that address position\'s requirements.
Mainly focus on hiring for the sales, office management and production department.
Will need to contact headhunting agencies in Vietnam due to expansion plans (2nd half of 2023).
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
