\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfThis is an exciting opportunity to work with an established Vietnamese F&B Restaurant chain in Malaysia. We are looking for candidates who are experienced in Human Resources for the F&B industry.
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfJob Responsibilities\xef\xbb\xbf
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfHuman Resources
- Execute HR policies, update team on new policies or other HR related information
- Recruitment put out and respond to ads, filter and arrange interviews
- Liaise with education establishments to arrange career talks or internship placement
- Payroll
- Ensuring staff details in system is accurately maintained
- Preparing, checking, and filing official HR letters and other paperwork such as medical claims and other staff benefits
- Source for, set up, manage and audit hostels
- Assist in organising employee events such as Annual Dinner, Corporate Planning Exercise, Company Incentive Trip, Quarterly Gathering, competitions etc.
- Prepare monthly management report
- Arrange air ticket and accommodation booking for company related travel
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
- Added advantage if able to speak in Mandarin.
- Experienced in Employee Data Management\xef\xbb\xbf.
