Create employee checklist and update new hires (Direct Labor) data into Flex Enterprise.
Final gate to counter check all transactions are correct before salary cut off to ensure payroll is processed correctly every month.
Responsible for all insurances (Prai & SGS)'s processing, includes renewal, claims reimbursement, advice employees on the insurance claims process, etc. Coordinate Kuching's insurances' processing and renewal.
Responsible for headcount report, e.g headcount attrition report, headcount deletion report to insurers, monthly headcount report, monthly attrition report, monthly SAP headcount report & Quarterly SAP headcount by function report.
Work closely with superiors to administer QVWS reports quarterly as per timeline.
Coordinate Yearly Cost of Doing Business Report and prepare other reports as and when required by superior on time.
Coordinate and ensure all medical team registration forms are duly filled up and updated into the FLEX system.
Compile, check and update soldering allowance in FLEX every month.
Organize birthday parties and other government related events.
Ensure all filling is completed by every quarter.
Submit at least one proposal for improvement that leads to improved efficiency (reduce non-value-added administrative time) and / effectiveness (achieve cost optimization).
Responsible for quarterly sales achievement gift and oversee and back up for the quarterly top performer award administration and coordination.
Deliver high HR service standard and accuracy when dealing with all parties - zero complaints.
Participate in at least 3 HR projects, e.g. Company Appreciation Dinner, CSR Activities, etc.
Other duties as and when required by superiors.
Bachelor Degree in HR/Marketing/Business Admin/Engineering with min 4 years relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits role.
