We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource fluent in speaking and reading Chinese to join a Multinational Organization (MNC), a newly established manufacturing startup in Johor. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and overseeing all aspects of human resources management. Job responsibilities: 1. Workforce Planning: Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and ensure optimal resource allocation. 2. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the company culture. 3. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a supportive work environment. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws. 4. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth. Implement strategies to nurture a continuous learning culture within the organization. 5. Performance Management: Establish and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews. Work with managers to address performance issues and recognize and reward high-performing employees. 6. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the competitiveness of the company\'s benefits offerings. 7. HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to gather and analyze workforce data, providing insights for informed decision-making. Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics and trends for management review. 8. Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure the company\'s HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements. Advise management on legal matters related to human resources. 9. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Organize and participate in company-wide events to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 10. HR Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the overall HR strategy aligned with the company\'s business objectives. Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management for long-term organizational success. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree or HR certification is a plus. Proven 5 years\' experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its specific HR challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition. Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant HR tools. Proven track record in designing and implementing effective training and development programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use HR analytics to drive decision-making. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced startup environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in (speak and read) Chinese, English and Bahasa. Location: Johor Bahru. Willing to be based or relocate to Johor may apply.
