Attend to complaints & feedbacks received by the Complainant. 2. To obtain evidence relevant to this allegation. This includes documentary evidence (job descriptions, time sheets, written standards of conduct, written instruction on procedures, written complainants, records of previous disciplinary incidents and witness). 3. To establish the rule that is alleged to have been breached. 4. Develop & manage full-time investigations processes, ensuring they are executed in a sensitive and confidential manner and with the highest levels of efficiency and propriety through the use of investigating tools and methodologies. 5. Conducting field enquiries such as site visit & surveillance. 6. Conducting interviews with potential witnesses and the subjects of investigation. 7. Conducting research into the background of individuals and companies that are related to an investigation. 8. Researching & acquiring databases available locally and abroad that would assist in investigations. 9. Conducting proactive topic-based research relating to the general background of an investigation. 10. Manage the complaints system to ensure that all complaints communicated are carefully handled and appropriate follow-up action is taken. 11. Liaise with internal & external parties including local law & other enforcement authorities. 12. Prepare concise & timely reports on activities related to investigations as required. 13. Attend court & other legal proceedings to provide evidence on matters relating to the work of the Board as may be required. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in related field 2. Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia 3. At least 2-5 Years of working experience in the related field. 4. Required skill(s): Computer Literate, have experience in Investigating Works & Writing Reports, Own Transport & Willing to Travel. 5. Able to work independently.
