Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Receive issues, update tickets accordingly to SOP, and able to prioritize ticket resolution within SLA.
Provides support for IT infrastructure: Server, Printer, Router, Network Switches, and Email, which include basic installation and configuration.
Provide first-level support by identifying, resolving, and escalating the problems to the vendor and ensuring that the service commitment is met.
Provide day-to-day technical support in maintaining the information system, including responsibility for ensuring processes and outputs are error-free.
Job Requirements:
At least more than 5 years of experience in the IT Field
Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Microsoft 365
Able to complete tasks independently without supervision
Proactively manage and troubleshoot in resolving technical support issues.
Possess driving license with own transport in order to travel to customer\'s site.
Possess good communication and written and interpersonal skill.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good and positive work attitude, willing to share/ learn, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Possess valid driving license and willing to travel.
