Job Description
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
s:
- Provide initial troubleshooting and support for hardware including laptops, desktops, printers, servers, network devices, CCTV, and telephony systems.
- Offer assistance for Office 365 and Exchange Online. Monitor Sophos Firewall and servers daily, optimizing network performance and security.
- Maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.
- Manage company assets and inventory effectively.
- A minimum of three years of working experience is necessary, along with a Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Experience in Disaster Recovery would be beneficial.
- Open to candidates of Chinese nationality.
