Responsibilities:

Identify and attract new tenants with strong profiles and reliable backgrounds to ensure a high-quality tenant mix.
Consistently meet or exceed the monthly leasing targets set by management.
Implement strategies to maintain maximum occupancy rates at all times, minimizing vacancy periods.
Work proactively to increase lease renewal rates, ensuring tenant satisfaction and long-term tenancy.
Oversee and manage a team of customer service executives, ensuring they provide excellent service to tenants and support the leasing process efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum of a diploma or degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent field.
At least 2 years of experience in the commercial property development industry, with a proven track record in leasing and tenant management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with tenants and team members.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and solving problems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform leasing strategies and decisions.
The incumbent will be based in Mid Valley Southkey (MVS) North Tower, Southkey Johor.
