Senior Leasing Executive

Job Description
- Lead lease negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on property promotion and adjust strategies based on performance.
- Monitor leasing performance, manage budgets, and report on occupancy rates and rental income to senior management.
- Lead and mentor junior leasing staff, coordinating with other departments for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and identify potential risks in lease agreements.
- Oversee the leasing portfolio, minimizing vacancy rates, and providing input on new projects.
- Preferably with Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Business Administration / Retail Management / Economics / Communication/ Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related field, preferably in Shopping Mall Management, Retail, Event Management background
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in Mandarina will added advantage.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
