About our client: Our client is a reputable company in the financial services industry. In order to support the company\'s rapid growth and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Senior Legal Manager . Key Responsibilities: Review, vet and draft commercial contracts and legal documents, including supporting negotiations of commercial contracts for the Group. Oversee and manage potential legal disputes and litigation (includes monitoring progress of litigation cases) in partnership with external legal counsels. Provide advice and make recommendations on all legal matters to all relevant business units in the Group. Lead and guide the Legal Team of 4 members in their daily responsibilities to the Group as well as looking into other improvement initiatives for the team and organization. Liaise with business functions and provide general legal support and sound advice to mitigate legal risks. Key Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Law with at least 7 to 10 years PQE Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Good judgment problem-solving and negotiation skills. Min. 1 to 3 years of working experience in the financial services industry and/or with Public Listed Companies. Experience in litigation, drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial, financial services/insurance services related contracts. Drive change initiatives with limited resources and roll-up your sleeves attitude to achieve desired results. Demonstrated success at cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and creating partnerships at all levels within the organization to achieve results.
