Candidates will be responsible for preparing presentations for prospective and current logistics users at SHOPLINE.
To monitor, review and improve the logistics Marketing, Sales and Advertising components at SHOPLINE.
Have follow- up meetings with both active and prospective clients to ensure clients preferences are met and shared with the team.
Scrutinizing the market to elucidate customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities and promising avenues that have not yet been explored.
To achieve the sales target.
Establish and maintain a positive and lasting relationship with both prospective and existing customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis activities, collecting feedback from merchants and internal stakeholders, provide convincing analysis reports to internal stakeholders regularly.
Monitor daily logistics operational matters to ensure smooth delivery progress, make sure merchants and their consumers are happy and satisfied with our integrated logistics solutions.
Closely monitor sales KPI, analyze and diagnose sales performance, and make sure the KPI is achievable from time to time with concrete actionable plans/solutions.
Education and Requirement:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain is highly preferred.
Proficient in both written and spoken in Malay and English is a must, is a plus if you are able to speak or write in Chinese.
A highly driven individual with 7 years or above working experience in a Logistics Business Development role and with proven track record of consistent sales and closing success.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Able to confidently approach potential customers and give them information about services offered at SHOPLINE.
Critical thinker and problem solver.
Comprehensive knowledge of E-commerce & Supply Chain Solutions.
