Job Description


Role Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Translating requirements into designs.

\xc2\xb7 Develop solution encompassing the integration of multiple products

\xc2\xb7 Provide direction to the development teams on functional aspects of the solution.

\xc2\xb7 Work with stakeholders and assist in testing and product adoption.

\xc2\xb7 Manage the automation backlog for the Active Directory domain, by closely collaborating with Operations and Engineering teams.

\xc2\xb7 Automate manual tasks performed by AD Operations that includes compliance reporting and daily BAU tasks

\xc2\xb7 Closely work with end user services automation team to onboard the best practices in Active Directory domain

\xc2\xb7 Deliver individual and team Job Objectives, and service improvement initiatives.

\xc2\xb7 Lead project deliverables and align with the milestones define.

\xc2\xb7 Review and implement project activities based on project time plan.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure processes, guidelines, procedures, risk management are in place and enforced for quality in installation, running, operating and support of all standard desktops and servers in both production and development environment

\xc2\xb7 Share knowledge with other functional streams and Technology support teams.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare knowledgebase and prepare documentation on infrastructure and issues.

\xc2\xb7 Automate repetitive manual tasks.

\xc2\xb7 To evaluate the technology solutions delivered by Business and Design and Architecture team, develop acceptance criteria and process for the operability and supportability of the solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Review and manage any Risk raised against the team.

\xc2\xb7 Manage Incident, Change and Problem management.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Project and Engineering team for new tools to be onboarded.

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with MT level on the current progress of each incident and resumption stage.

\xc2\xb7 Manage user escalation and provide solutioning on BAU issue.

\xc2\xb7 Highlight best practice and recommendation for the bank to leverage solution within SCB landscape.

\xc2\xb7 Audit engagement on the control effectiveness of Active Directory services.

\xc2\xb7 Align with Engineering roadmap on each service on capacity, availability, and solutioning.

\xc2\xb7 Good ITIL process understanding on Service management, Incident, Change, Problem, Patch management.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in applying and securing AD platform transformation program.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Engineering team to build a roadmap and align with BAU Operational and framework.

Our Ideal Candidate:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Computing, information System or related Technology field

\xc2\xb7 8+ years of Experience with developing solutions based on Microsoft platforms

\xc2\xb7 Experience with operations / engineering of infrastructure solutions which are used on large scale.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with C# / PowerShell to automate backend tasks related to AD / Azure AD / O365 / Exchange / DNS.

\xc2\xb7 Experience/knowledge on Active Directory or Azure AD will be added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience on Active Directory 2012 and above with the knowledge and experience on AD Kerberos authentication

\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience on Azure Active Directory ADSync and Active Directory Federation Services authentication

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Microsoft products in general and collaboration with Symantec Antivirus, BMC Patrol, Microsoft Defender Endpoint, MS Edge and Remote Access Tools across platforms

\xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated. Good communication skills, interpersonal skill and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

\xc2\xb7 ITIL v3/4 and AGILE knowledge in Incident, change, Patch, Problem management.

\xc2\xb7 Good presentation skills, ability to develop PowerPoint presentations and clearly express ideas.

\xc2\xb7 Experience to work in global support model

\xc2\xb7 Experience with data analytic tools like Splunk and Elasticsearch is an advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with devops tooling like Jenkins, Git, etc. is an advantage

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines

\xc2\xb7 Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of cyber security risk and control remediation.

\xc2\xb7 Good presentation skills, ability to develop PowerPoint presentations and clearly express ideas.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written, oral communication and reporting skills

\xc2\xb7 Self-starter, able to self-manage with strong collaboration skills and able to interact effectively with others
