WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Define and own the execution of the strategy for Resource Planning, Change and Communications for the Group Managed Markets
  • Proactively drive the people engagement with the RCTO change initiatives to ensure stability in execution and consistency in employee understanding of the initiatives
Supports the RCTO execute planned changes to the TOM across the RCTO BUs, working closely with the BUs leads in their respective areas
  • Designs and executes resource change management plan, in collaboration with the BUs, across the Regional BUs
  • Designs and executes the communications strategy needed to ensure successful execution of the TOM across the Regional BUs
  • Supports business change, acting as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating relationships between them
  • Designs and maintains a RCTO stakeholder management plan, identifies risks and issues to maintaining a stable status quo and designs mitigations to resolve the issue or reduce the risk to the organisation
  • Collaborate with the respective BUs HR representatives to ensure smooth management of all people related matters - including talent acquisition, engagements strategies, and resource planning / management across a GMM model spanning multiple markets
  • Define and shape "One Region" culture, under which there is a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Delivery of RCTO objectives within Budget targets, on time and at quality
  • Attainments of objectives and effectiveness of results
  • Build strong relationships across both AIA Group and Regional BUs
  • Effective influencing and coaching skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English to allow communication with all levels of management and ability to deliver written reports and verbal updates to executive level management
  • Effectively communicate and manage external vendors & partners
