Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute export sales strategies
to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
Identify and penetrate new international markets
, building strong distribution and retail networks for FMCG products.
Manage and nurture relationships
with global distributors, importers, and key retail partners to drive consistent business growth.
Oversee all export operations
, including pricing strategy, shipment coordination, documentation, and trade compliance.
Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities
to guide market-entry and product positioning strategies.
Negotiate contracts, trading terms, and pricing structures
with international clients to ensure profitability and brand competitiveness.
Lead and mentor the export sales team
, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring achievement of departmental KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams
(production, supply chain, marketing, and finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance

Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in export sales or international business development within the
FMCG industry

Proven track record in managing distributors and achieving export growth across multiple markets.
Strong understanding of
international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics

Excellent
