- Manage a group of fiber installers including work assignments and scheduling.
- Ensure all fiber installation teams are well-equipped with tools, materials, and items/devices.
- Liaise with customers on job updates and any issues that arise.
- Responsible for the whole project\'s deliverables and KPIs.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Information Technology
- Additional advantage if possess CA1C/CA2C or CFOT certificate
- Year of Experience: 5 years and above
- Process Own Transport (motorcycles or cars)
- Willing to relocate if needed
- Fibre experience from Time/Digi/Celcom
- Work-Life Balance
