About the Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Drive the achievement of Group business goals in Health strategy - health claims administration, aligning with EASE group operation strategy. Build health claims administration system with health benefit configuration / management, and value-based care function Build AI/ML model for Fraud, Waste and Abuse. Derive initiatives and target with business units for achieving the KPIs related to AIA\'s Integrated Health Strategy and business propositions for Health Claims Excellence. Look beyond existing solutions and own the areas to define and implement health insurance strategies that will drive operational efficiency. Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver new innovative health claims capability to support the strategy. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new strategies. Responsible for the execution & governance of group\'s integrated health strategy for healthcare claims administration Analyze the potential impact of new initiatives on claims performance. Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative. Job Requirements : Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or insurance related field. Master\'s degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in health insurance, healthcare consulting, or related field. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful health insurance strategies. Strong analytical skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Fair knowledge of the Asian health insurance industry Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
