The Senior Manager, Investment will oversee and drive strategic investment initiatives, aligned to the groups mandate to expand across both existing and new markets. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to deliver results in a structured and professional manner.

• Lead the development and execution of investment strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for potential investments.
• Oversee accounting and finance operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and investment proposals to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the investment process.

A successful Senior Manager, Investment should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or ACCA.
• Proven expertise in investment management and financial analysis exposure across real-estate assets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to driving business objectives.
