Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments
Together with other IDT members, responsible to identify and evaluation appropriate solution that is robust, sustainable and value add according to Digital roadmap that is compliance to the overall IDT architecture.
Drive and/or Involve in RFI, RFQ, RFP and POV activities of new Digital solutions
Prepare and document proposal to justify selection of Digital solutions
Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.
Project Implementation
Provide subject matter expertise to ensure the applications implemented met the defined objectives
Manage in house resources as well as external resources to ensure projects are well-supported
Act as IT Business Partner to ensure the requirements of businesses are captured and translated into application requirements
Work with senior leadership to define and realized the digital roadmap
Work with various teams and vendors to ensure all aspect of the projects are defined and delivered
As Change Agent in the Digital roadmap and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization
Experience
Education / Professional Qualification
At least a degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Professional Experience
At least 10 years of experience in application deliveries
At least 5 years of experience in leadership role, managing team members, senior management and business stakeholders
Experience in ERP, mobile application development, software development and IR4 technologies
Knowledge in data architecture is an added advantage
Good stakeholders and internal communication skills

Ability to manage team members from various location
Willing to travel (30-50%)
