Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure

Job Function

\'\xe2\x80\xa2 Support the development, implementation and management of IDT\xe2\x80\x99s controls, policies, procedure and processes to optimize and protect the organization\xe2\x80\x99s IT assets

• Oversee the implementation, adoption and modernization of entire group infrastructure including cloud, network, end user computing, collaboration and security

• Collaborates with business units, IDT leaders, and vendors to provide highly reliable, secure and cost effective infrastructure

• Provide leadership and technical expertise on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance

• Ensure the technologies are up to date with patches and versions

• Work with senior leadership to define and realized the digital roadmap

• Work with various teams and vendors to ensure all aspect of the projects are defined and delivered

• As Change Agent in the Digital roadmap and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization

Experience

Professional Experience

• At least 8 years experience in infrastructure technology covering network, cloud, security and end user computing

• At least 5 years experience in leadership role, managing team members, senior management and business stakeholders

• Experience in Azure landing zone, Azure infrastructure stacks and M365

• Solid background on technology, with understanding or hands-on designing and implementation of multi sites network infrastructure

• Good stakeholders and internal communication skills

Competencies,General (Behavioral, Supervisory Skill, etc)

• Strong technical skills

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking

• Experience in defining back up and recovery

• Strong security acumen and keep up to date with technology change and risk

• Strong business acumen, analytics and good storytelling skill

• Goal oriented and can execute without close supervision

• Positive mental attitude, high energy, high integrity, strong work ethic, enthusiasm and commitment to deliver as promised

• Good time management, scheduling, analytics and problem-solving skills, Must be proactive in driving desired outcome

• Ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships

• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin

• Team oriented: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders

• Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)

• Ability to coach, manage and develop team members from various location

• Willing to travel (30-50%)
