Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for crafting and executing the strategy for business transformation, providing in-house consulting services.
• Drive digital disruption, enhance customer experiences, and optimize operations by developing strong partnerships with external vendors, technology providers, and industry experts.
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing business transformation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with various departments, including product, distribution, finance, and IT, fostering effective collaboration and seamless integration of new technologies.
• Define project goals, success metrics, and KPIs to track the progress and effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate and prioritize strategic IT initiatives, creating comprehensive roadmaps for implementation, governance, and utilization.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, IT, banking and finance or a related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with in business transformation / change management / process improvement area preferably in financial services / insurance / consulting industries.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams in the execution of large-scale business transformation projects.
• Excellent understanding of change management and behavior-shaping frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong leadership qualities and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
