Job Description

This role is responsible to oversee the operations, maintenance and renovations of the property assets own within the group and ensuring the assets to achieve zero downtime on a daily basis.

• Develop strategies, execute, and closely supervise renovation projects for their assets.
• Supervise the upkeep and functioning of the group\'s assets.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to manage renovation tasks and maintain assets effectively.
• Address repair, rectification, and refurbishment needs for the buildings promptly, including preparing work specifications, obtaining quotes/tenders, and ensuring quality execution.
• Take charge of Mechanical & Electrical maintenance contracts/systems and handle the process of obtaining quotes and conducting tender exercises for repair and upgrade work.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify adherence to specifications and timelines, ensuring proper testing and commissioning before delivering the completed projects.
• Devise and oversee sustainability initiatives while managing their implementation.

• Degree in Building & Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in managing building facilities and renovations in similar capacity.
• Electrical Chargeman (Medium Pressure/High Pressure) Certificate will be an added advantage.
• Well versed in OSHA/Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan Act (JKKP), Uniform Building By-Laws and Bomba Regulations & Requirement.
