Job Description

As a Senior Manager for Project Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the project management activities related to the company\'s branch offices in Malaysia. Your primary focus will be on managing the contracts and tenders, reviewing them for compliance and efficiency while engaging contractors for repair and renovation work at the branch offices. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the project activities of the company\'s branch offices in Malaysia. Identify and engage relevant contractors for repair and renovation work at the branch offices, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions. Review and evaluate the building services contracts and tenders, ensuring compliance with company standard and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for property maintenance projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Ensure that all maintenance activities and projects comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality assurance. Collaborate and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including branch managers, procurement teams, and finance departments, to ensure smooth execution of property management projects. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with property management projects. Develop contingency plans and implement preventive measures to minimize disruptions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, contracts, and project documentation. Prepare and present regular reports on project progress and financial performance to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, M&E or a related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the property division of a company. Strong knowledge of Building Services will be an added advantage. Familiarity with Malaysian regulations and standards related to property management. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure efficient project execution.
