Job Description

Responsible for overseeing and managing all real estate activities in the APAC region, which includes properties managed by third-party service providers, expansion projects, cost analysis, and strategic planning. Additionally, the role involves the management of cross-functional projects, ensuring they adhere to predefined time and budget constraints, encompassing various initiatives such as establishing new businesses and carrying out restructures.

• Manage external Real Estate partner relationships, monitor transaction progress, and ensure compliance with the company policies, including Real Estate and Approval Authority policies.
• Improve the Real Estate approval process, maintain the lease database, and collaborate with the VP to develop a Strategic Real Estate plan for the region.
• Provide financial and business analysis, stay updated on Real Estate trends, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and support market proposals for access point expansion and 3rd party service provider management while also reviewing budgets, forecasts, and approving expenditure requests
• Drive projects through all phases, managing project plans that involve multiple departments with differing tactics, identifying dependencies, and critical paths.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner, define and drive project milestones, evaluate risks, and secure senior management approval for necessary adjustments.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, facilitate communication between team members across various offices, and ensure stakeholders are regularly informed through agendas, project timelines, and presentations on project progress, results, issues, and risks.

• Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Accounting or any relevant field.
• Experience in financial planning & analysis and project management.
• Strong Real Estate knowledge.
• Experience in vendor management.
