-Responsible for fostering the expansion of the technical and commercial segments of renewable energy.

-Lead and oversee the development of Renewable Power Generation Projects in Malaysia and SEA.

-Manage the interface with relevant Authorities and Agencies, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to promote the development and execution of Renewable Generation Projects.

-Oversee the HSE, Budget and Legal Compliance of the Renewable Generation Projects.

-Assist the Renewables Energy business division with any tasks and responsibilities associated to the development of Local and International Projects related with Power Generation and Transmission

-Monitor the detailed engineering phase of the Renewable Power Projects with selected Partners, ensuring compliance with Technical Specifications and relevant regulatory requirements.

-Assist in the development of a business continuity plan.

-To take on extra tasks and obligations as the General Manager Technical and Operations deems necessary.
Requirements

-At least Bachelor or Masters in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering Degree from a recognized University

-Minimum 10 years of working experience in Engineering or any related field

-In-depth understanding and practical application of health, safety, and environmental regulations

-A solid comprehension of power plants and/or renewable energy projects (such as solar), either during the design or construction phases.

-Excellent business sense

-Results-driven, with organizational skills and professional knowledge.

-Solid managerial and communication abilities

-Creative and able to see beyond the obvious

-The ability to successfully advance in a business
