Overview Serve as a People Leader in Professional Services (PS) business unit with P&L/Revenue/KPI responsibilities for the organization. This role holds overall accountability for all service delivery to clients in the region and selected global clients, with combined responsibilities in business delivery, business development and people management. Will work across functions and territories to drive business execution and develop robust relationships.
Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving successful project deliveries in Hydrocarbon Management for Upstream and Midstream customers in local, regional markets
  • Drive repeatability and consistency across market segment implementations
  • Manage and lead high performing team of 30+ employees in Malaysia office
  • Manage to quarterly customer satisfaction, revenue and project quality goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients at (senior) management level
  • Manage customer satisfaction across implementation projects including managing relationships with senior customer leadership
  • Coordinates to ensure all staffing needs are addressed, ensuring all resources appropriately managed and utilized
  • Responsible for overall talent in market segment, including both the recruitment and development of personnel to meet critical needs and mitigate potential resource risks in organization
  • Create positive and rewarding workplace for employees
  • Monitor employee engagement and define plans to improve overall engagement and retention
  • Support Sales activities, ensuring messaging for services clearly defined and accurate
  • Responsible for ensuring high degree of quality of any Services participation in Sales activities
  • Be able to effectively contribute to and communicate Company and Services organizational goals and ensure key performance indicator alignment across business segment
  • Be able to effectively define market segment organizational roles and responsibilities and ensure alignment across business segment
  • Drive effective cross-organizational collaboration including Sales, Support, Customer Success, Product and Engineering
  • Contribute to strong team culture in professional services organization
  • And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in technology or business
  • 10+ years in software implementations, preferably large enterprise solution implementations
  • 5+ years leadership experience managing teams of 20+
  • Management of revenue, customer satisfaction and project quality goals
  • Ability to utilize MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience in customer facing roles at the executive level
  • Experience working with partner networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively deliver presentations to all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend approaches to effect continual improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in a team-oriented environment.
  • Effective project management and change management skills
  • Strong leadership skills, driving positive and rewarding culture
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of driving to solutions across organizations
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in hydrocarbon management preferred but not required
  • Strong project management experience, preferably with agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated successful presentation skills in sales activities.

  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Malaysia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
