Job SummaryManage and monitor the Supply Chain functions (inbound and outbound) to support Business Unit growth, operational efficiencies and service standardsGeneral Responsibilities

• Leading project planning sessions
• Coordinating staff and internal resources
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Managing relationships with all stakeholders
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Designing risk mitigation plan
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and review with management from time to time
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
• Managing small, medium and large and diverse teams
• Be a consultant and subject matter of expert in terms of business processes.
• Able to be multitasking and learn cross department functionality and processes.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Execute project within minimum cost.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrate working understanding of supply chain management
• Demonstrate knowledge in warehouse and transportation management systems (ideally SAP)
• Demonstrate knowledge of sales forecasting, material requirements planning and purchase order processing
• Demonstrate basic understanding of industrial engineering fundamentals and logistics solution design
• Demonstrate experience in cost control and productivity improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

EducationBachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fieldWork Experiences

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experiences working in related fields
• Preferable for those with project management experiences in Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experiences as people manager
• Willing to based in DC environment
