Responsibilities

• Marketing Planning and Execution (40%): Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, strategy meetings, and marketing planning initiatives. Collaborate with the Marketing Director and other team members to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Content Creation and Management (30%): Assist in creating, curating, and managing high-quality content across various digital platforms. This includes writing, editing, and optimizing content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and the company website. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Handle Social Media Accounts (20%): Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and analyze social media performance to optimize engagement and reach.
• Coordinate Marketing Activities (5%): Manage and prioritize tasks among the marketing team members, ensuring deadlines are met and projects progress smoothly. Assist in updating website material, printing, and producing simple artwork using tools like Canva.
• Market Research and Analysis (5%): Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to improve marketing strategies.
