Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive located in Petaling Jaya. The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, conducting market research, communication, sales, and marketing. Qualifications Market Planning and Market Research skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team Experience in branding and/or digital marketing is preferred. Collaborate with senior management to align projects with the organization\'s strategic goals. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Handle changes in project scope or objectives, evaluating their impact and ensuring that the project remains aligned with its goals and budgets. Stay up to date on current trends and marketing affairs. Initiate creative ideations with the team for content. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Oversee the development and implementation of quality standards and processes among team members. Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality criteria. Stakeholder management Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and team members. Establish and maintain project monitoring and reporting processes. Provide regular status updates and reports.
