Senior Marketing Executive

Job Description

The Senior Marketing Executive sits within the Marketing Team, with the Director of Marketing as the head of the department. He/she shall provide support in all work, campaigns and activities strategized, executed, and managed by the team.

Content Creation:

1. Assist in strategizing, developing and producing compelling digital or printed content, event or experience aimed at developing brand awareness, increasing engagement, harnessing affinity and driving conversion for the business

2. Monitor trends in the market on new ways and angles of story-telling, so as to generate attractive and unique marketing content

3. Assist in the creation of visual and communicative content by participating actively in photoshoots, videography, etc - via research with moodboard creation, organizing logistics for shoots, and actual participation.

Brand Development / Marketing

1. Liaise closely with the graphic designer to develop marketing collateral by providing detailed briefs for projects. These briefs should basically include detailed information with proof-read copywriting, moodboard, brief description, accurate measurements, and details which will assist the graphic designer to complete the task in an efficient manner.

2. Assist in editing and producing print collaterals when required for urgent support

3. Providing support in graphic design such as illustration Take initiative and oversee brand development for venues assigned by Direct Supervisors

4. Actively participate in all brands' development strategies and campaigns

5. Research on latest market trends to support the proposal for new campaigns

6. Identify key marketing channels to disseminate the information in a timely manner

7. Preparing monthly social media calendar

8. Research and develop new and non-existing channels of communications for the group (ie Tik Tok, Telegram, etc)

9. Research and look into suitable platforms for advertising

Public Relations and Communications

1. To assist in developing media and press kits

2. Writing of press release

3. Consolidating information for dissemination in an accurate and attractive manner

4. Assist to coordinate and host relations with media such as media tastings

5. Identify, make contact, and build relationships with relevant media and influencer community. He/she must be able to carry himself/herself in a manner which represents the tone of voice of the brand he/she is speaking for

Manager Supplier Relationships & Matters

1. Closely liaise with the Procurement department and relevant suppliers (e.g. printer) to ensure timely and quality delivery

2. Assist with monitoring the manufacturing and production of procured items

3. Manage the quotations according to the SOP laid by the Finance team, and ensure details/billing information is accurate

4. Manage supplier relationship

Conduct Market Research Including:

1. Identifying and evaluating relevant competitors

2. Analyse new trends in digital marketing

3. Compile data and report as required

4. Evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments

Events

1. To assist in events when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
