Job Description

• Possess a Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Mass Communications / Business or equivalent (proven at least 2 years of working experience in marketing).
• Great interpersonal skills and superb communication
• Takes initiative to solve problems and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
• Diligent with a "can-do & eager to learn" attitude.
• Possesses ability to engage with diversity of people and also excellent verbal and written skills.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
• Must be able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Required to communicate with China & Taiwan counterparts, Mandarin is compulsory.

• Coordinate marketing/project/event activities, resources, equipment and information
• Assist in planning and delivering marketing projects
• Act as the medium of contact and communicate marketing project's status to all participants including personnel, vendors, media etc.
• Basic design in visual materials such as advertisements, brochures, and presentations to support marketing campaigns
• Studying market trends and media coverage to determine opportunities or challenges for the company's goods or services
• Performing market research to identify potential customers or target audience for products or services.
• Generate reports on the success and potential challenges of marketing efforts and advising modifications to boost performance
• Conducting focus groups and client interviews to collect feedback of products and services delivered.
• Oversee project inventory, keeping track of assets and provide suggestions on ways to leverage.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally in order to achieve marketing objective.
