Setia City Mall - Senior Marketing Executive

Your duties include but not limited to:

Develop, plan and carry out strategic marketing campaigns/ monthly thematic events to meet business objectives

Execute marketing plans and initiatives, including but not limited to development of proposals with activation & communication plans, planning of budget, procurement, monitoring of production, installation & dismantling of event setup

Ensure adherence of brand guidelines to enhance & maintain the consistency of the mall's image positioning & brand identity.

Maintain close relationship with tenants and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are well supported

Identify and explore sponsorship and collaboration opportunities with related third parties to enhance brand association.

Assist on mall collaterals such as website, mobile app, digital directory, social media, internal email blast to support tenant advertising and promotion.

Provide assistance and updates to Marketing Manager and the team, and undertake any other related tasks as may be determined from time to time.

Work according to company SOPs and ensure proper documentation and agreement for all processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 year(s) of working experience in mall or retail is preferred
• Strong creativity and conceptualising skills
• Pleasant personality, able to work in fast-paced environment, independent and a good team player.
• Willing to put in extra hours and/or work on weekends when required.
• Design skills (Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop) a bonus
