Responsibilities: About the role: As a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of marketing campaigns for the business unit. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, analysing campaign performance, and collaborating with other departments to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives. Day-to-day activities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns: You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, social media, digital advertising, events, and more. You will work with cross-functional teams to create campaign strategies that align with business objectives. Budget management: You will develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered within budget constraints. You will also track campaign spend and provide regular reports to senior management. Performance analysis: You will be responsible for analysing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns. You will use tools such as Google Analytics and other data analysis platforms to track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Cross-functional collaboration: You will work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product, and Creative, and lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute successful campaign strategies. Stakeholder management: You will manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders such as vendors, agencies, and media partners, to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field with 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management. Strong understanding of marketing strategy, tactics, and execution. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience managing team of marketing professionals and led cross functional projects. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a B2B or technology industry is a plus.
