Inline with its business expansion, they are looking for Senior Marketing Manager, also the Section Head for its Strategic Marketing division. This position is only open to candidate with more than 10 years experiences in Strategic Marketing, Branding, Marketing Communications and PR. Role & Responsibilities: Develop strategy, plans & execute roadmap to launch continuous marketing campaigns (paid/organic/earned) to generate positive brand reputation, increase market share & explore promotional opportunities to grow sales. Governance gatekeeper for Marketing Department including brand, marketing communication, PR, Digital, campaigns/promotions Launch campaign (paid/organic/earned) that resonates with target audience to elevate brand equity. Strategize, execute & manage consumer promotion campaign to value add our brand offerings. Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness & positioning across new Secure brand advocates to increase positive word-of-mouth (Influencers, media activities, exhibitions, etc.) Identify and prioritize on key brands that resonates across sales channels and customers to elevate the brand. Create a strong milestone driven execution plan to create positive brand association, identify differentiated promotional giveaways/experience for multiple market segments. Ensure strong internal and external stakeholder management to drive collaboration and productive execution. Effective utilization of allocated marketing budget, monitor budget utilization and measure KPIs & ROIs.
