Lead and manage organizational goal and objective in the assigned creating standardized Medical Marketing Practice & Market Access by developing medical marketing strategy and activities plan aligned with Business and Brand Strategy, Medical Field Condition, iHCP Policy, WHO Code, and Local Government regulation to drive HCP recommendation and engagement as well as user acquisition toward RB Nutrition in Medical channel. Ensuring strong collaboration with brand team, regulatory, compliance and other function at all level operation and execution. Provide clear directions and strong leadership to the medical team. Recruit, retain and develop a high performing team.
