Responsibilities: Provide third level technical expertise and operational support for the network and security service requests and issues Be the final escalation point for such technical knowledge and expertise. Lead workshops that identify trends and problems within customer environments Develop new solutions that improve our customer environments Develop permanent corrective fixes and deploy following appropriate change processes Document solutions and knowledge in Logicalis knowledge management system Mentors junior engineers to help develop their skills Requirements Significant hands-on experience in LAN /WAN networks and optimisation including managing wireless devices, VOICE and network security. A cherry topping, if you have Aruba, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet security and SDWan experience.
