1.Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy
2. Manpower Planning to support RSM&RSK Production.
3. Perform full cycle of Recruitment Activities (Local & Foreign Employee).
4. Attend career fair & hiring events.
5. Gather qualitative and quantitative data by conducting and analyzing employee surveys.
6. Succession planning strategy
7. Employee Retention Program.
8. HR Office Automation Support
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Recources, Business Administration or related field. An equivalent number of years of relevant work experience may substitute for education.
2. Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in handling Recruitment
3. Possess strong problem-solving abilities with high level of integrity and professionalism.
4. Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
