Job Responsible

• Manage end-to-end aspects of industrial relations actions in accordance to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures as well as Malaysian employment laws.
• Attend and investigate employee grievance, non-compliance, disputes and disciplinary issues which has been officially reported and solve them.
• Drafting of disciplinary letters when required. i.e conduct counselling, issue and follow up on show cause / warning/ termination letter etc.
• Lead domestic inquiry investigations on issues related to employee(s) misconduct/ disputes as appropriate and utilize consistency in application of disciplinary management policy and procedures.
• Implement the organization\'s employee relations strategy to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or labour disputes.
• Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relations authorities, and other agencies to protect the organization\'s interests.
• To manage PIP and performance management.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Recources, Business Administration or related field.
  An equivalent number of years of relevant work experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling industrial / employee relations
• Sound knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws including but not limited to Industrial Relations Act, Employment Act, and other related regulations.
• Possess strong problem-solving abilities with high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
