REQUIREMENTS:

Possessed SPM / Passed the Bahasa Malaysia and English subjects at the SPM level.
At least three (3) years of working experience in a related field are required for this position.
Have good knowledge of traffic and be able to liaise with units assigned to cargo handling and operational safety at the wharf.
Have experience in administration and handling operations staff.
Meticulous, independent, and able to work under minimum supervision.
Strong command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The roles are to support the various responsibilities of the Multi Cargo Terminal Department, including:

Supervise and control the movement of container handling at yards, wharves, and container operations.
Ensure that the monitoring of reefer containers is carried out carefully.
Prepare the vessel performance report in the absence of the executive officer.
To be assigned other work tasks from time to time by the HOD.
