As part of our ever-growing business, we are looking for a Senior Operation Executive to support our day-to-day business transactions.

What you'll be doing:

~ To manage the day-to-day operation order fulfillment, logistics arrangement, warehouse inventory, and transportation matters

~ To articulate with external parties (contractors/vendors) & internal parties (within departments)

~ Responsible for sufficient stock level, daily stock movement, and monthly stock count basis

~ Ensure proper filling of all documentation - Delivery Order, Invoices, etc

~ Key liaison to resolve any issues related to operation issues by identifying areas that can be improved and action plans to be implemented

~ To conduct market intelligence, sourcing, and cost analysis activities from time to time

~ Other duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

What you'll need to succeed

~ At least 2 years of people management responsibilities in a Customer Service/ Operation role.

~ Background in Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, or Supply Chain

~ Proficient in ERP, SAP, or Excel

~ Great personality with a willing-to-learn attitude, self-motivated, and high attention to detail, strong analytical mindset & problem-solving abilities

~ Preferably candidate with at least Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or Bachelor's Degree

~ Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
