Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.
Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.

2. Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making.
3.Resource Management:
Assist in managing the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure optimal inventory levels and timely procurement of necessary resources.
Support budget preparation and cost management initiatives.
4. Team Support and Development:
Provide support to operational staff and ensure they have the necessary resources and training.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Assist in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of service or product delivery.
Implement corrective actions to address any operational issues.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of operational activities and performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of operational documentation and reports for management.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments such as sales, finance, HR, and IT to support overall business objectives.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments.

Job Requirement
SPM, STPM or Diploma in related field (Must Have )* At least 2 years of experience in operation, warehouse or related field. (Must Have )* Dedicated team player with strong job commitment.
Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel). (Must Have )* Able to work independently and as a team.
Good command of Mandrin ?English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).(Must Have )*
